BIO OF ERNEST B. FENTON
Mr. Fenton graduated with honors from Chicago State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1994. He graduated from Harvard Law in 1997, where he concentrated his studies in the areas of Banking regulation and Corporate transactions.
With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Fenton’s law practice consists solely of real estate matters and corporate governance. He has represented clients in a variety of legal matters including: residential and commercial transactions, due diligence, acquisitions, marketing analysis, leasing proposals, landlord tenant, contract drafting and pre-litigation disputes, business formation, planning, and negotiation. In addition, Mr. Fenton is a fierce litigator.
He was an adjunct professor at Chicago State University during the 2009 Spring Semester, teaching a Legal Environment and Ethics of Business course.
Mr. Fenton has been a panelist on seminars, television programs, and radio as an authority on foreclosure and mortgage fraud investor schemes. He has published notable newsletters such as Crisis: Foreclosure 07’ and Adverse Effect of Mortgage Broker Practices 06’!
